What Dr. Sawyer means by the “T zone” is your eyes, nose, and mouth. His flu prevention campaign urges everyone to

keep their hands away from their eyes, noses, and mouths
wash hands when they are dirty and before eating
don’t cough or sneeze into your hands

I believe taking care our body properly can prevent the flu. eating the right diet, exercising properly can improve our own natural immune system to help us fighting common flu. But I also believe that each person immune system ability is not always the same with other person. Therefore if a person health record indicate that he or she have tendency or can easily get caught by the flu, then it will be wise decision to take the flu vaccines.
